Getting your platform launched

Getting your System Launched with PWRU can take as short as a day or as long as you need. Whether you have a plan in place or you need to plan it out this is the right place to start.

This guide will walk you through the few basic things required to get up and running but if you’d prefer, we have several guided tours right inside the system that will guide you step-by-step on anything you’d like to learn about.

You can access our many Guided Tours by signing into your System and clicking on the Help Me tab on the left side of the screen. You can also access the PWRU AI Speedy Bot and ask it any question you have!

Before You Start

Quick Start

PWRU was designed to get you started right away, where all you need is a little bit of configuration and you’ll be on your way. Even though our System is packed with features, we’ve made it easy to get going with just the basics.

Key Concepts

System Hierarchy

Understanding the PWRU hierarchy is crucial for effective administration:

  • System: The top-level container for your entire organization
  • Locations: Individual branches, offices, or departments within your ecosystem
  • Users: Individual learners and administrators within Locations
  • Content: Courses, chapters, and media organized by Categories and Content Roles

Access Levels

Access Levels determine what a user can see and do within the system:

  • Managers: Location-level oversight and user management
  • Learners: Standard users focused on training and tools consumption
