How Can I Adjust My AI Coaching Style Preferences?
PULSE AI offers different coaching styles to match your personality and how you best receive advice:
- Step 1: Go to “Settings”: Click on “Settings.”
- Step 2: Select the “Preferences” Tab: Click on the “Preferences” tab.
- Step 3: Choose Your Coaching Style: Look for “Coaching Style” and select:
- Supportive: For empathetic and encouraging advice.
- Balanced: For wise, analytical, and insightful guidance.
- Direct: For firm, action-oriented, and no-nonsense coaching.
- Step 4: Click “Save Changes”: Don’t forget to save!
Applying this to real-life: If you like clear, straightforward instructions, choose “Direct.” If you prefer a more nurturing approach, “Supportive” might be a better fit.
