How Do I Download a Content Pack?
Downloading a content pack is simple:
- Go to the “Content Studio” Page: Find it in your main menu.
- Locate the Pack Card: You’ll see a card for each pack type (Social Media, Outreach, My Market).
- Click “Download Pack” (or “Generate Pack”): Click the button on the card.
- For Social Media and Outreach Packs, they will often download directly or open in a new tab for easy access.
- For “My Market Pack,” it might say “Generate Pack” because this content is custom-made for you on demand and will use credits.
- Credit Deduction (if applicable): Some packs might cost credits to download, which will be clearly indicated.
Best Practice Tip: Check for new packs regularly! They are updated on a schedule (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) to ensure you always have fresh content.
