Connecting Your Google Calendar

Connecting your Google Calendar allows your AI Agent to understand your availability and schedule appointments on your behalf. This is crucial for features like automated lead nurturing and client follow-ups where the AI Agent needs to book time directly into your calendar.

How to Connect:

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
  2. Find the “Google Calendar” section.
  3. Click the “Connect” button.
  4. A new window will open, prompting you to log in to your Google account and grant the necessary permissions to PULSE AI.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions. Once authorization is complete, the window will close, and your Google Calendar status will update to “Connected”.

How to Disconnect:

  1. In Settings > Integrations, find the “Google Calendar” section.
  2. Click the “Disconnect” button next to the connected status.
  3. Confirm your choice. Your Google Calendar will no longer be linked to PULSE AI.
