Recent Activity Feed

The “Activity Feed” is your central hub for tracking all AI Agent call interactions. It provides detailed logs and insights for every call made.

Key Features:

  • Call Details: View prospect names, phone numbers, call status (initiated, completed, failed), call duration, and a summary of the call’s outcome (e.g., Voicemail, Appt Set).
  • Appointment Booked: A clear ‘Y’ or ‘N’ indicates if an appointment was successfully booked during the call.
  • Filtering and Search:
    • Search Bar: Quickly find specific calls by searching for a prospect’s name or phone number.
    • Date Filters: Filter calls by a specific date range.
  • Detailed Call Data:
    • Click the “Info” icon next to a call log to open a modal with the raw data used to initiate the call and details of any appointments scheduled.
  • Call Transcripts:
    • Click the “Download” icon (paper icon) to download a full transcript of the conversation for review.
  • Call Recordings:
    • Click the “Mic” icon to listen to the recording of the call. This is invaluable for coaching and understanding AI Agent performance.
  • Bulk Actions:
    • Select Calls: Use the checkboxes to select multiple call logs.
    • Delete: Remove selected call logs from your feed.
    • Export to CSV: Download a CSV file containing the data for all selected call logs.

Understanding Call Status and Results:

  • Initiated: The call has been started by the AI Agent.
  • Completed: The call concluded successfully, either with a conversation or a voicemail.
  • Failed: The call could not be completed (e.g., invalid number, no answer, network issue).
  • Result: Provides a quick summary of the call’s outcome (e.g., “Voicemail,” “Appt Set,” “Connected”).
