Launching a New Campaign

The AI Agent Call Center offers two main ways to initiate calls: Campaigns (List Upload) and Single Calls.

2.1 Option 1: Launching a Campaign with a CSV List

This is ideal for reaching out to a large number of prospects efficiently.

Steps to Launch a Campaign:

  1. Select Reason for Call: Choose the purpose of your campaign from the dropdown menu (e.g., “Expired Listing,” “For Sale By Owner”). This sets the context for your AI Agent’s conversations.
  2. Upload Your List (CSV):
    • Click the “Download Template” button to get a sample CSV file. This template ensures your data is correctly formatted.
    • Your CSV file must include columns for: “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Phone”, and “Address”.
    • If you need phone numbers, you can visit the provided link “I Need Phone Numbers” for resources.
    • Click the upload area and select your prepared CSV file.
    • Once uploaded, you’ll see the file name and the number of contacts identified.
  3. Start Campaign:
    • Click the “Start” button.
    • “Review & Launch Campaign” modal will appear, summarizing the number of contacts and key terms.
    • Read and check the “Agree to Terms & Conditions” checkbox.
    • Click “Launch” to begin your campaign.

What Happens Next: Your AI Agent will begin dialing your contacts during your configured calling hours. You’ll see the campaign listed under “Active Campaigns” and individual call logs will appear in the “Activity Feed”.

2.2 Option 2: Making a Single Call

This option is perfect for quick, ad-hoc outreach to individual prospects.

Steps to Make a Single Call:

  1. Click the “Make a Single Call” button.
  2. “Make a Single Call” modal will appear, asking for prospect and agent details.
  3. Fill in Prospect Details:
    • First Name, Last Name: The prospect’s name.
    • Prospect Phone: The prospect’s phone number in E.164 format (e.g., +15551234567).
    • Property Address: The property related to the call.
  4. Verify Agent & Call Details:
    • Agent First Name, Agent Full Name, Brokerage, Agent Phone: These details will pre-populate from your profile. Ensure they are accurate as your AI Agent will use this information.
    • Call Type: Select the reason for this single call.
  5. Call Now: Click the “Call Now” button.

What Happens Next: The AI Agent will immediately initiate the call. A call log will appear in the “Activity Feed” once the call is processed.
