Active Campaigns

The “Active Campaigns” section on the right side of the Agents page provides a quick overview of your ongoing calling initiatives.

What You’ll See:

  • Campaign Name: The name of your uploaded CSV file or the “Single Call” identifier.
  • Date: The date the campaign was initiated or last active.
  • Contacts: The total number of contacts in the campaign.
  • Status: A visual indicator if the campaign is active.

Functionality:

  • Pause/Resume (Future Feature): In the future, you will be able to pause and resume ongoing campaigns directly from this section.
  • Monitoring Progress: See how many contacts have been processed for each campaign.
