To cancel your subscription, choose one of these two options:

To be taken directly to the Cancel My Account form, click here or you can cancel directly from the platform.

From within the platform:

1. Click on the Notifications icon in the main menu
2. Navigate to My Inbox

3. Click Cancel My Account

4. Follow the prompts until you see the confirmation screen that your account has been cancelled.
