How Can I Upgrade or Manage My Subscription?

Managing your subscription is handled through a secure external portal, typically linked from within the app.

  • Look for “Manage Subscription” or “Upgrade” Buttons:
    1. Go to the “Plans” page (usually in your main menu).
    2. Or, check your “Settings” page, under a section like “Security” or “Subscription.”
  • Billing Portal: Clicking here will take you to a dedicated billing portal. Here, you can:
    • View your current plan.
    • Upgrade to a higher tier.
    • Update your payment information.
    • View past invoices.
    • Cancel your subscription (though we hope you won’t!).

Important: PULSE AI itself does not directly handle your credit card information. All billing is processed securely through a trusted third-party service.
