AI Agent Voice

The “AI Agent Voice” section, located in your Settings > Agent Intelligence tab, allows you to personalize the voice of your AI Agent.

Purpose: Choosing a voice that aligns with your brand and communication style can enhance your AI Agent’s effectiveness and how prospects perceive it.

How to Configure:

  1. Go to Settings > Agent Intelligence.
  2. Find the “AI Agent Voice” section.
  3. You’ll see a list of available voices. Each voice typically has a name and a short description.
  4. Click the “Play” icon next to a voice to hear a preview.
  5. Select your preferred voice from the options provided.
  6. Click “Save Changes” in the Agent Intelligence tab to apply the new voice to your AI Agent’s calls.
