Integrating with Follow Up Boss (FUB) CRM allows for seamless data exchange, ensuring your AI Agent has the most current information and your FUB system is updated with AI-generated activities.

How to Connect:

1. Go to Settings > Integrations.
2. Find the “Follow Up Boss” section.
3. Click the “Connect” button.
4. A form will appear asking for your Follow Up Boss API Key.
5. To find your FUB API Key:
   • Log in to your Follow Up Boss account.
   • Navigate to Admin > API Keys.
   • Generate or copy your API Key.
6. Paste the API Key into the form in PULSE AI and click “Connect Follow Up Boss”.
7. Once connected, the status will show “Connected”.

How to Disconnect:

1. In Settings > Integrations, find the “Follow Up Boss” section.
2. Click the “Disconnect” button.
3. Confirm your choice. PULSE AI will no longer sync with FUB.

What Data Syncs:

• Call Logs: AI Agent call activities and notes will automatically appear in your FUB contact records.
• Tasks: Tasks created in FUB can appear in your PULSE AI Daily Action Plan.
• Goals: Your production goals (like Total GCI, Buyers Closed, Listings Closed) can be automatically updated in PULSE AI based on your FUB data.
• Two-Way Task Completion: Completing a task in PULSE AI will mark it complete in FUB, and vice-versa.
