What are Integrations? PULSE AI Integrations allow you to connect your existing business tools, like your CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system or calendar, directly with your PULSE AI account. This creates a seamless flow of information, making your AI Agent smarter and your workflow more efficient.

Why Connect Your Apps? Connecting your apps helps your AI Agent:

  • Automate Tasks: Automatically create or update tasks in your CRM from your PULSE AI daily action plan.
  • Stay Organized: Sync important information like call logs and goal progress directly to where you manage your leads.

Where to Find Integrations You can manage all your app integrations within your PULSE AI Settings.

  1. Navigate to Settings from the main menu.
  2. Click on the “Integrations” tab.
  3. Here, you’ll see a list of available integrations and their current connection status.
