How Do I Use the Role-Play Simulator?

It’s an interactive conversation where you talk, and the AI client responds:

  • Step 1: Go to the “Role-Play Simulator” Page: Find it in your main menu (often just called “Role-Play” or “Skills”).
  • Step 2: Choose a Scenario: On the main page, you’ll see “Popular Role-Play Scenarios” or you can click “View All Scenarios” to browse. Select the one you want to practice.
  • Step 3: Start the Session: Click “Start Scenario.” You’ll be given some initial context about the client and situation.
  • Step 4: Engage in Conversation: The AI client will present an opening statement or an objection. You’ll type your response, just like a chat. The AI client will then respond based on what you said.
  • Step 5: Continue the Dialogue: Keep responding as you would in a real conversation.
  • End the Session: You can usually end the session when you feel it’s complete, or the scenario might have a natural ending.

Real-life application: A popular scenario might be “Handling a Buyer’s Cold Feet.” The AI client might say, “I’m just not sure now is the right time to buy.” You’d respond with your best objection-handling script.
