What Is the “Decision Engine” and How Does It Work?
The “Decision Engine” is a structured tool within the AI Personal Advisor designed to walk you through specific real estate scenarios, helping you make the right choices and know what to say.
- How it Works:
- Choose a Category: You start by selecting a general contact type (e.g., “Lead,” “Active Buyer,” “Past Client”).
- Select a Scenario: Then, you pick a specific challenge or question related to that contact type (e.g., “Lead says they’re ‘just looking’,” “Buyer is hesitant about current prices”).
- Answer Questions: The Decision Engine will ask you a series of simple questions, guiding you step-by-step through the situation.
- Get a Recommendation: Based on your answers, it provides you with a recommended action, a script, and key tips for handling that exact situation.
How to apply it in real-life: A client calls and says they want to list their house, but only if they can get a price that seems too high. You’d go to the Decision Engine, select “Active Seller,” then find a scenario like “Seller with Unrealistic Price Expectation,” and follow the questions to get the best script for your call.
